What is the difference between these three emails

Premium Membership Canceled

Your Premium Membership Has Been Canceled

Premium Membership Expiration Notice

 

They all seem to mean the obvious same thing and result from what I know as the same action where payment has stopped.  I want to know if they mean something different as to how they cancelled?

Premium Membership Canceled: This is a confirmation to the member that they have canceled the membership.

Your Premium Membership Has Been Canceled: This tells the member that the membership has been canceled, typically because we were not able to successfully charge the card.

Premium Membership Expiration Notice: When a membership is canceled by a member, the cancelation is effective at the end of the currently-paid period. Thus, the membership doesn't expire until the end of that period.

You can find all of the emails that are related to FeePod in your control panel, and review each of them. Under FeePod, just choose Emails, and then there is a dropdown menu for the emails.
