I've been pounding the Beta Support Page pretty good this past month, and want to publicly thank the Hoop2 team for continuing to be "responsive" to my questions and feedback. It's increasingly rare to get such great customer support.
Having been a software developer (thankfully, having nothing to do with CSS), I know how these beta things can be a Spinning Cage of Whirling Knives. If you folks at Hoop are freaking out, and I'm sure you have your moments, kudos for not freaking out (too much) on my dumb questions and prodding.
Having been with Hoop since it was Ubb/Groupee, I continue to remind myself that y'all have a great track record of continuing to improve and customize the product.
Keep up the great work, and keep the tips coming.
