Could you try logging in again, and see if the problem goes away. If it persists, could you please let us know. When we have seen this in the past, it was caused by long delays during the authentication process, so please be sure to go through the entire process without any extremely long pauses.

A few minutes delay here or there should be fine, but try to avoid starting the process and then coming back to it hours later.

I don't believe that is a Hoop.la error message, and am unsure where you are getting it. Could you please provide a screenshot of your browser that includes the full page and address bar at the top?

That would be very helpful.
