Hello Colleen,

I just installed your app and tested push notifications successfully. One of the things I did was ensure that my test account had mobile push notifications enabled in their "Member CP" -> "Notifications".

Might be worth having the user check to make sure that is enabled. If they have, and they are still not receiving notifications it might be worth having them try to uninstall the app and install it again. If, after all that, it still is not working, please let me know and we can try and figure out what our step after that will be.
