Hi,

We're looking for some statistics for each month; things I think only hoop.la can tell us.

  • Active Members
    • number who signed on

      Control Panel, Advanced Reporting, Health

You could also select Health, then Members. Select Custom Time Frame, then Between and then you can choose the month you want.  That'll show you active members.

    • number who posted

Then go to the Member Activity tab. Choose your start and end dates for the month you want to look at.  Then make the Min 1 for both New Content Posts and New Comments/Replies.  Set the max to be any large number.. That will give you all the users that have posted in the duration you have chosen, and how many posts or comments.  You can export that as CSV in a mail list or with all the profile data.

    • new members registered

Also Health tab, Members, set your date, then scroll down to the New Registrations chart.
  • Number of new topics created

Also Health tab, Content tab, set your date, then scroll down to the New Content posts chart.

  • Number of replies

    Next chart down.

  • Total number of posts

ST, are you asking for the total number of posts stored on the platform at the ned of the month?

Can we get some or all of this information?

Thanks,

ST

Got them all, but had a question on one.

Hi Dave,

Thank you! - How have I missed this ⇒Control Panel, Advanced Reporting, Health

Total number of posts

ST, are you asking for the total number of posts stored on the platform at the end of the month?

I'm looking for the number of new topic posts plus replies.

For example. Right now this topic has

1 - new topic post

2 - replies (yours and this one)

Total is 3.

That's the number I'm looking for, per month.

If I could find

the total number of posts stored on the platform at the end of the month?

every month, I could do the math to know how many new posts had been added each month.

ST

On the Health tab, under Content, I'd set the graph interval for DAILY, custom time period for the start and end of the month, then download it as CSV, open it in Excel and sum the columns.  That'll give you the new posts and comments/replies info you want.  You could do it as MONTHLY if you want to compare a few months together.

Total number of posts stored on the platform I don't think we even track.
