Hello,

One of our users is trying to register for an account and keeps receiving the attached message. Can you advise on how to fix? I've already tried inviting her to join from the admin panel.

In the meantime, it will work on her computer, or on the browser of her mobile device--the issue is specific to the app.

Hmmm. We have not been able to recreate the issue with the browsers. Can you tell me what browsers she is using (along with the version number) on both phone and computer? We'll try to recreate it using specifically what she's using. It would also be helpful to know if she's using an iOS or Android on her phone.

Hi Rachel,

We've fixed the root of the issue in the iOS app, so the issue won't occur once users upgrade to version 1.0.6 of the IATG mobile app (which was just approved by Apple). Note that, as Lori said, there have been no issues with using a normal web browser on a mobile device to register; the issue was limited purely to the iOS mobile app.
