Hi, Suzanne:

The issue is that the member doesn't have the access to view topics in whichever forum he or she is trying to view. You'll want to make sure that the member has been placed in the correct permission circle for the forums they are trying to access, or redirect the member to the proper forums.

I hope that helps, but please let me know if you need further assistance.

Lori

Hi, Suzanne:

Can you please give me the following details, so I can troubleshoot?

Member's email address
The circle she supposed to be in
The URL she is trying to access

Thanks!

Lori

Hi, Suzanne:

Thanks for the additional detail. If I try to log in as Laurie, I can see that topic with no error message. I suspect that her browser has now cached that error page. Can you please have her either clear her cache and try again, or just try a different browser (e.g. if she's using Chrome, have her try Firefox or some other browser)?

Lori

Hi again Lori,

There is still a problem.  The husband " logged in to the account Laurie is using using Chrome and my cache is clear.  I only have access to 4 posts (same as Laurie).  We can't access any other posts. There is no way to even access the names of the forums.  We can only see these 4 posts.  Please let us know how to be able to access the information we need."

Can you help again?

Suzanne

Lori,

Can I delete them and invite them again?  Would this solve the problem?  Or could you work with them directly?  You have the email.

I won't be back in the office til Thursday.

Suzanne

Hi, Suzanne:

Hoop.la shows that Laurie hasn't signed in since the day she joined, on July 18th. Can you please confirm with her that she's logging in as

lauriewn1984@gmail.com ?

Can she navigate to her profile page?

http://forum.aane.org/member/lauriewn1984gmailcom

If she IS logging in with that address, please have her try 1) on another browser (as I suggested above), or 2) on a different computer or device.

Thanks,

Lori

Hi, Suzanne:

Dan is only listed as being in the "All Members" circle, which has very few permissions. If you want him to see the same content that his wife sees, you'll need to add him to the same  "Parent of Adults" circle.

Thanks,

Lori
