It was kind of a mini release, and this was the biggest new enhancement...but we can post a bit more detail today!

Here are a few more enhancements that were included in this release: We fixed the pagination bug for dialogs and clip sets. In the content management area of the control panel, we added some new search parameters. You can now find clips that have no clip set, or blogs that have no collection, and search for content that is either featured or not featured. There were other behind-the-scenes bug fixes and updates, but nothing else that affects the feature set.

QuestionShark Reporting Improvements

Ted O'Neill ·
This week, we will be rolling out a Hoop.la update that focuses on some really nice enhancements for QuestionShark, our customer support module. Let's review what's new: 1.  Support Queue The new Support Queue is accessible only by your support reps and allows them (and their managers) to easily triage all topics in the queue.  You can easily filter the queue by product, topic type, status, assigned rep, and more. 2. Beefier Advanced Reporting Stats for Support Topics If...

Clips - Data

Melanie ·
I have a suggestion: Add a way to capture data on Clips, just as you have for forum posts.   Either on Manage Content -- allow us to download a CSV of data based on our search (e.g. download a list of all users who added clips to a particular...

Re: time zone issue re: last login?

Dave Dreezer ·
Hi Emma, All the date/times in the CSV are set to UTC, so that there is standardization and all the times are consistant. Remember, while the site is set to eastern time, your personal time could be set elsewhere and so then which one would we export? We always set the CSV to UTC and then it's always the same no matter who exports it what their personal settings are, or what the site is set to.

time zone issue re: last login?

Emma Firsten-Kaufman ·
Hi there, We just realized that when we export group member information, the column of the CSV file that shows last login time includes logins at times of day that haven't happened yet. Our whole site's default time zone is set at Eastern Daylight Time, so we're not sure how to interpret or resolve this. Please advise. Thanks! Emma
