Good morning, What specific issue are users experiencing? Have they always experienced issues or is this something that just recently cropped up? Any additional details you can provide will help guide me towards the actual culprit of the problem. One last thing to find out is what exact version of Flash the user is using. Just have them go here and that will tell them what version of flash they are running: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-p...on-flash-player.html Cheers, Jonmark
Hi Jonmark, Thank you for your prompt reply. Our members have recently reported that when they try to access the chat rooms, they are receiving a blank or gray screen. The gray screen then lets them know they have an old version of Adobe and need to update. I have provided them information on how to update. This is a very new issue. We have just started to receive reports about this during this week. I have tested this to see what I could find and haven't had the same issue; hence why I'm...
Hello, Well it sounds like their version is too old. If you can, have the users visit that site I linked above and tell you their flash version. Further, could you have them give you the exact message that they are getting so I can see how/why the message would be displayed. Cheers, Jonmark

Hi Terrence, Hoop.la does support IE 11, so the issue for this user is likely that they have enabled " compatibility view " in IE. Here's an article that may be useful to help the user disable compatibility view, which should fix the problem: http://www.howtogeek.com/12828...n-internet-explorer/ Hope that helps! Brian
Member reported back " Understand that the screens appear perfectly normal in Chrome, IE11 and Mozilla except for the message to roll back. This is true even in compatibility mode." It appears he is prompted to roll back to an earlier version of IE Screen shot attached T
Good evening Terrence, So the screenshot confirms that the user is viewing the site in Compatibility Mode, have they tried viewing the site with Compatibility Mode turned off? The issue is that compatibility mode causes the browser to report itself as IE 7, which is why the user is getting that message saying that their browser is not supported and that they need to upgrade. Cheers, Jonmark

The members of our chat rooms have been reporting numerous issues with Adobe Flash Player, which is a very new issue. Have their been any reports of problems with Adobe? Are there any suggestions I can provide our members outside of updating Adobe?
One of our Hoop.la members reports "I'm often use Internet Explorer 11 as my browser but when I do so the header on the page reads "Your browser is unsupported. Please upgrade to a modern browser: Firefox · Safari · Google Chrome · Internet Explorer 8/9 "." is there an issue with IE11?
I found 2 useful tools that might interest the community. Note the links. http://freeseoscorecard.com & http://seositecheckup.com SEO & other site performance issues have been a major concern for folks & I’m glad that hoop.la have already addressed some of it with the new ninja release & other tweaks, however a bit more needs to be done as I’ve learned from running the tools, notably the site checkup. If you run my site ferrelux.com, I score a 27, which is up 2 points from a...
