Well, I had a moment of "what did I just do?" and then it passed. Thanks again Lori. ST

Permission Circles

Hi, Within a group, can we create a permission circle of people who can only view a single forum and not other features (i.e. not the calendar, blog, member list, other forums, etc.)? Regards, Rupi

Hi, ST: Glad to hear that worked for you! Hope you were more careful in your selection of content for that than I was. I spammed myself...

Hi, ST: There is no search parameters for reply count, as you've found. It's possible we could do something as a Feature Expedite if...

"Leave or Stay" msg appears when selecting "Edit" in Chrome with TYPIO extension

Hey Hoop, This weirdness just started up today: Whenever I go into a topic, then select Manage Topic -> Edit, a message appears in Chrome warning me about "leaving this site," and asking me if I want to "leave or stay." Yet I have just entered the page and have nothing open or in the process of being updated (which is when you'd normally see this leave/stay message.) This does not happen in Edge (IE). If I go ahead and click "leave," it properly opens the topic for editing. Same thing...

Unanswered posts

Hi, Can I do a search for all unanswered topics (topics with 0 replies ever). I already have a recipe that notifies me when a post goes unanswered for 24 hours, but despite all best intentions, sometimes things go unanaswered. We're in "Leave no customer behind" mode and we're trying to clean things up. How would you find all unanswered topics? Thanks, ST

Email verification

We've noticed we have quite a few people who join our online community and then never verify their email address and are concerned that these people are being prevented from accessing our site. What is your opinion on removing the requirement for members to verify their email addresses? Would you advise against it? Are there any potential issues we should be made aware of? Thanks! Emma

Incredible Loss of Photo Resolution Upon Upload

Hi, I believe I've asked about this before, but I forget the answer and perhaps it's changed, since I asked a long while ago. Photos always seem to lose a massive amount of resolution upon upload to the blog. The photos I've uploaded here ( http://cookieconnection.juliausher.com/create-blog-post/content/572707424101729238 ) are super sharp and focused in Photoshop, but now that they're in the blog text, they look super fuzzy (esp. the verticals). By contrast, the title image looks closer to...

Rash of spam member signups

I'm continuing to get a rash of spam member signups - I'm having to block and delete 10 or more members a day. Question: when I select the ban option (when editing a member profile) is it banning the IP address or something else? I went into my recipe for banning IP addresses and it doesn't appear to auto-update when I ban a new IP address, which is why I ask. Thanks.
