Please note that our office hours are: 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

Social Strata's holidays include: New Year's Day (January 1), Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day (December 25).

On observed holidays, only emergency support requests will be handled.
